Mr. Quentin Hicks is an Associate at SMH Capital in the Investment Banking Group, specializing in M&A, debt and equity transaction advisory for middle-market E&P, MLP and oilfield service firms.

Before joining SMH Capital in 2006, Mr. Hicks was an Investment Banking Associate at Bear Stearns & Co. Inc.'s New York Office, focusing on the Aerospace & Defense, Telecom and Media sectors in relation to mergers and acquisitions, debt & equity offerings, recapitalizations and other strategic initiatives. Prior to that, Quentin was a Financial Reporting Manager at Continental Airlines, Inc. and an Auditor at Ernst and Young LLP in Houston.

Mr. Hicks holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt. He also holds both Business Administration and Master of Science degrees in Accounting from Texas A&M University.

Mr. Andrew Miller is a Vice President in SMH Capital's Investment Banking Group. Mr. Miller's focus is raising capital as an integral member of SMH Capital's PIPE team. Mr. Miller has extensive experience positioning and executing transactions for private and public companies across the capital structure and across industries.

Before joining SMH Capital in 2006, Mr. Miller was an associate at Banc of America Securities as a member of their Equity Capital Markets Group. Based in London, Mr. Miller led IPOs, follow-on offerings, ADRs, convertible preferred and convertible debt offerings. While in London, Mr. Miller directed the distribution of ECM offerings to European institutional investors. Earlier in his career, Mr. Miller worked in San Francisco originating Energy Technology and Power equity offerings.

Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Chinese Studies from Carleton College.
