Mr. Jonathan Abusamra is an Analyst at SMH Capital in the Investment Banking Group.

Before joining SMH Capital, Mr. Abusamra was a Senior Associate at AllianceBernstein L.P., responsible for sales/client relations in the Institutional Investment Management division. Prior to AllianceBernstein L.P., Mr. Abusamra was a Portfolio Analyst at Santa Clara University's endowment fund.

Mr. Abusamra holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce in Finance from Santa Clara University.

Mr. Will Arnold is an Analyst at SMH Capital in the Investment Banking Group.

Prior to joining SMH Capital in February 2007, Mr. Arnold was a summer investment banking analyst at SMH Capital where he worked on transactions primarily within the energy sector.

Mr. Arnold graduated from Duke University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.

Mr. Colin A. Baker is an Analyst at SMH Capital in the Investment Banking Group.

Prior to joining SMH Capital in July 2007, Mr. Baker was an assurance associate for two years at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Before that, he worked with PwC as an associate intern.

Mr. Baker graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Science in Finance. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Ryan A. Cary is an Analyst at SMH Capital in the Investment Banking Group.

Mr. Cary currently covers Equity Capital Markets (ECM), assisting senior capital markets professionals in both an origination and syndicate execution role. His work with ECM includes coordinating the offering process with Equity Syndicate and Institutional Sales, as well as supporting ECM and Equity Syndicate in managing and executing transaction.

Mr. Cary holds a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University.

Ms. Larisa Medvedkova is an Analyst at SMH Capital in the Investment Banking Group.

Prior joining SMH Capital in April 2007, Ms. Medvedkova was an institutional sales government securities trader for three years at Tradition (North America), a fully diversified inter-dealer broker in U.S., Canadian and Mexican Capital Markets, and Foreign Exchange.

Ms. Medvedkova holds a Bachelor of Finance from Mari State Technical University, Yoshkar-Ola, Russia.

Mr. Greg Patrinely is an Analyst at SMH Capital in the Investment Banking Group.
